Dante’s Dilemma is a tale of a young black prince, as he travels through time and space in search of tolerance. This journey follows the magical transport of melanin from Dante’s royal palace in Africa to an unknown land of racism and bigotry in the United States of America. With the wave of his magical pen, Dante’s skin color determines his fate as he faces the Black experience in different time periods of American history. Determined to reclaim his Black Boy Joy, Dante continues his expedition in hopes of attaining social justice for all one day.

By assisting children with eliminating racial discrimination, our nation will pave the path of bringing peace, hope, inclusivity and love for all one day. Rather than sheltering our children from the truth, it is our job to hand them the tools necessary to navigate a world that welcomes all.
